I'm Writing Today

Oooh my long lost blog which I absolutely did not forget about.

Currently doing my extended shift in a clinic with no patients muahahahaha bored die me you have no idea. Ok lah, there were a number of patients in the morning but after 12noon (till 3pm), ten patients altogether. And I thought shaking legs was my idea of a dream job ><

So to kill time, I browsed through guides on Bangkok, went gaga over pictures of Chocolate Ville and Platinum Mall, obsessed about wedding venues and gowns and last but not least studied the IKEA catalogue. I swear I can name all the different Swedish names for the furniture.

But after doing all that, I still have 10 minutes before punching out. This definitely is the longest 10 minutes of my life. Every time I glance at the wall clock, not even 5 minutes has passed. Who says time flies again? It only flies when I'm mahjonging. If only playing mahjong can make me lose belly fat. Grrrr.

A funny thing to write

Funny story that happened in a hospital told to me by a friend:

A patient came into the hospital complaining of a wound infected with crawling maggots.

In the patient notes, the staff nurse wrote 'ulat keluar ngek ngok ngek ngok dari luka'.

The doctor wrote 'ulat menggedik-gedik keluar dari luka'.

LOLOLOL wth?

Work

Officially started working kekekeke. I still wake up every morning feeling energised.. so happy. Somemore I wake up at 6am. Pfft. Finally I can earn money and spend spend spend! My friend advised me to buy something nice for myself with my first pay check. Will buy diamonds la hahahahaha. And pay in instalments lolol.

Work has so far been good. Except for a few hiccups every now and then. Like getting lost in a hospital. And going back to work on a Sunday. Pfft pfft pfft. Saaaaaaaad. Never mind la, at least I got my Christmas off xD

MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone!

Mua Chee Making Day

Finally got down to making mua chee after making my intention known for a few weeks haha. Got the recipe from my younger-than-me mama. Jadi loh.. my first try some more... quite impressed with myself wth. Hidden talent. Maybe I should just open a stall selling mua chee at the pasar malam.

I roasted the peanuts from scratch leh. So tedious. And then my mum helped to remove the peanut skin. I was gonna take over when she pointed out some peanuts which skin was hard to remove. I thought she was gonna teach me some petua orang tua. Manatau she said 'when you see these peanuts, skin hard to remove right, you just eat it'. -_________-
