Sweden, Where Angels Are Born

OK I know I've been missing in action again. This is my field of expertise I can pretty much become a magician. A good one too, mind you. By the way, Selamat Hari Raya before I forget :)

If my memory doesn't fail me, I've yet to relate the story of the angel I met in Sweden. Really lor. How to find a person as good as he?!?! I now love all Scandinavians.

Story goes like this:

The transport system in Sweden is different. You cannot purchase tickets on the bus cuz it's their policy. You have to get them from the ticketing machine at the station or you can opt to buy a transport card which is similar to the Oyster Card that you use in London. But of course there isn't a point in getting a card if you're only staying for 2 days. Dunno la I can't remember why I didn't get that card. I only know, at that point, getting a card wasn't an option ok. Don't bombard me with questions *defensive*.

Anyway there we were trying to board the bus to get to the hotel. We didn't know where or how to get the tickets, you see. Long story short, a Good Samaritan, in this case, a Good Scandinavian (get the pun? Geddit? Geddit?) decided to help the lost tourists. He bought us tickets using his card and gave us directions to the hotel without expecting anything in return. (Where got people so good and kind and helpful and angelic one?) And although we ended up on a bus that was headed toward the opposite direction, he (currently) is the kindest person I have ever met in my entire life. :') <---- Sheds a very touched tear. May he be blessed wherever he is right now.

So we boarded the correct bus after getting off the wrong bus at the last stop. The bus driver happened to be the same one as before cuz he ugh knows magic. HAHAHA. Cuz he made a U-turn to go the opposite route. By the time we got off at the correct stop the driver even waved us goodbye.

In conclusion, I LOVE SWEDEN FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

Farewell Sweden (and all Her people), it certainly has been my pleasure to have visited you.

P.S.: Raya resolution: I must now become a better person like my angel in disguise.
